Rates vary by surface type, difficulty, and material (vinyl, brick, wood, concrete, etc.). Average U.S. rates: House wash: $0.15–$0.40/sq.ft. (min. $225) Roof wash: $0.20–$0.65/sq.ft. (min. $500) Gutters: $0.45–$2.25/linear ft (clean & flush) Concrete flatwork: $0.17–$0.25/sq.ft. Wood decks: $0.50–$2.50/sq.ft. (washing or staining) Fences: $0.30–$0.50/sq.ft. Paver sealing: $1.50–$3.00/sq.ft. Add one hour of billed labor if a ladder is required.
